Rado House (Targu Mures)

The Art Nouveau style building, with open and closed balconies, windows of different shapes, decorated facade was designed by Sándor Radó in 1912. Here lived the architect and writer Toroczkai Wigand Ede, who designed several houses in Targu Mures, but his name is most often mentioned linked to the painted windows of the Palace of Culture. He realized part of these windows for the World Exhibition in San Francisco in 1914, but the outbreak of World War I circumvent his plans.
The architect Sándor Radó is also famous, as he designed several houses and buildings in Art Nouveau style in Targu Mures.
